  Beach was nice and water was cool but the day is cool. Beach really not to our liking as it was a bit more peppled then we like but not much seaweed. Great if you love to jump the waves or surf.

  Beautiful Beach. I've gone twice in the shoulder season and have had various successes with washroom/shower facilities. In Early September the outhouse w/ sinks was open but the shower/flush toilets was not. In October, both were closed. If you continue driving to the furthest parking lot and where there is a neighbouring trail head you should find a single outhouse.

  Ventured to Melmerby today to let our fur banlby have a swim. Facilities were great nice and clean. Well maintained. Wonderful to see outdoor shower spot to clean the sand and salt off.
